My Reply to Letter: "Getting on the 'A' list"

Josh writes me: "How do people like Jim Carrey and Hilary Duff just appear as A-Listers out of no where?"

My response: 'Nowhere'?! The "A" list you refer to just happens to be the visable portion of the A through Z list. Most of the public is unaware of the B through Z portion. Jim Carrey and Hillary Duff were on it, believe me. It's just that most people in the press and public were aware of them as they worked up the alphabet through hard work, dedication, training and practice. Work hard, work smart, Josh. Great actors came from small towns as well as big cities; but remember: the "A" list is the end of a step-by-step journey from Z to A.
